Watch technicians on site
Our workshop is in the shop, not sent away somewhere. Battery changes and bracelet adjustments are done while you wait, and we service most brands including Rolex, Cartier, Tag Heuer, Omega and Tissot.
Order online and tell us your wrist size at checkout, and we will adjust the bracelet before it is dispatched.
30 day returns, no fuss
If it is not right, send it back within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. No restocking fee and no chasing, as long as it is unworn and in its original box.
